Jodi Knox is a motivational, energetic trainer and massage therapist with the ability to effectively convey her expertise in exercise and body mechanics to each individual client. She holds a master’s and bachelor’s degree in exercise science from Southern Connecticut State University and is a nationally certified/state licensed massage therapist. Her experience in exercise physiology goes back 15 years, with eight years of experience in personal training and massage. She is a self-declared “fitness nut” who chose this profession because she wanted to share her passion and energy with others.
Jodi uses the guidelines established by the American College of Sports Medicine when developing personal fitness programs to help clients achieve their goals.
Jodi’s services are unique in that she combines personal training and yoga with massage and relaxation methods. She specializes in integrated muscular therapy which includes deep tissue, trigger point, myofascial release, sports massage and stretching; additionally, she teaches Hatha yoga. Services are highly tailored to each person’s needs and preferences.
